Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 August 2026
Tilaawah is currently under development and its Quran.com API access is pending approval. These terms describe our intended agreement at launch and may be updated before the Service becomes publicly available.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tilaawah website and applications (the "Service"), operated by WEBLEO ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Tilaawah lets you generate and download images of Qur'an ayahs (including with transparent backgrounds) for use in your own videos and content. Some features are free, and some require a paid premium plan.

2. Qur'anic content & respectful use

  • Qur'anic text and metadata are provided via the Quran.com API (Quran Foundation) and remain subject to their terms. Our access is currently under approval.
  • The Qur'an is sacred. You agree to use ayah images respectfully and not in any unlawful, offensive, misleading, or demeaning manner, or in a way that distorts their meaning.
  • You are responsible for how you use exported content in your own projects.

3. Accounts

You do not need an account to use free features. Premium features require an account created via a secure email "magic link". You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. You must provide accurate information and may not use disposable or catch-all email addresses to circumvent limits.

4. Free & premium plans

  • Downloading ayah images is free, forever. Free use may include reasonable rate limits and human-verification checks to prevent abuse.
  • Premium plans unlock advanced features (such as custom styling, translations, high-resolution and batch export). Pricing and features will be shown at checkout.
  • Paid subscriptions renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service; (b) resell or redistribute the Service itself; (c) misrepresent Qur'anic text or use it disrespectfully; (d) violate any applicable law; or (e) attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or verification.

6. Intellectual property

The Tilaawah name, logo, design, and software are owned by WEBLEO. Qur'anic text is sourced from the Quran.com API and is not owned by us. You retain rights to your own videos and projects that incorporate exported ayah images.

7. Availability & changes

The Service is under active development and provided on an evolving basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEBLEO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service develops. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
