Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Tilaawah, a product of WEBLEO. By using Tilaawah, you agree to them.

1. The service

Tilaawah lets you generate and download Qur'an ayahs as transparent-background overlays. Downloading standard transparent PNGs is free forever. PRO features (4K, SVG, alpha video, animation and effects) require an active subscription or a lifetime licence.

2. Qur'an content

Qur'anic text is provided via the Quran Foundation Content APIs and is used under their terms. You may use the rendered overlays you export in your own content. You may not scrape, bulk-extract, redistribute, or resell the underlying text or fonts outside of the rendered assets, nor alter or distort the Arabic text.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use Tilaawah for unlawful purposes or to disrespect the Qur'an.
• Do not attempt to bypass abuse protections, rate limits, or PRO gating.
• Do not resell or sublicense Tilaawah access without written permission.

4. Accounts

Accounts are optional and use passwordless “magic link” sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure.

5. Payments & refunds

Subscriptions are billed through our payment provider (Polar). Monthly and annual plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from Billing. Lifetime purchases are one-time. Refunds are handled in line with the payment provider’s policy and applicable law.

6. Free-forever commitment

Standard transparent-PNG downloads will remain free and unwatermarked. We reserve the right to apply reasonable anti-abuse measures to protect the service.

7. Disclaimer

Tilaawah is provided “as is”. While we take great care with accuracy and source the text from authoritative APIs, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEBLEO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Tilaawah.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
